Job moving from Subsidiary to Parent Office

Hello,

I've been working for 1.5 years at company B (which is owned by company A). Now my job is being moved to company A head office. The role/Job is the same, i'm just working for the parent company.

My paycheck even came from the parent company, so my paycheck name doesn't change either.

Do i need a new TN for this event?

I think you are fine. Just make sure that when you apply for renewal, you use the latest information for your sponsor.
Really, you should ask your employer if they think they need to get you a new TN, and have them mail-in a new I-129 for you.
