One of my friend's TN request is denied 2nd time under engineer catagory(Civil Engineer) as per officer the job description/duties in his letter does not match with what they have.

Does anyone know,from which web site or source they compare it ?

looks like there might be two, civil engineer and civil engineering technician, but if you search these forums you will see that engineers are the most scrutinized of all the job catergories

Huh?

Management Consultant, Sci Tech and Computer Systems Analyst far exceed Engineering in terms of scrutiny.

In fact, I can't recall an engineer ever reporting trouble on these boards other than when taking on a managerial role.
