I had an interview with a J1 Waiver Hospital recently. Program Admin told me that in the event they hire me they will proceed to J1 Waiver process however, if couple of guys (who were interviewed earlier and also hold greencard) change their mind and accept this position then Hospital will stop my J1 Waiver process and take the offer back.
Now my question is if this will happen then how soon I could start for another J1 waiver process?
Will USCIS allow me to start again with another hospital?
or Should I avoid taking the risk and don't go with that particular Hospital altogether assuming to be dropped off in case local/greencard holder accept this position.
