I have a J1 visa with 2HHR based on home country funding. I have a license in physical therapy. Is there any way to get a J1 waiver as there is a national shortage of therapists in the US. What other options do I have besides no-objection statement? hardship, presecution, or interest from federal government won't help as I am not eligible for these options.
