Im a physical therapist and will be goin to usa on a J1 , well my J1 employer said he will not mention any restrictions so that i do not have a problem of :- 2yr home country requirement.
now does that mean i dont require to obtain a waiver ?
i will have to file for H1b thru another employer.. will that be a cap exempt? or will it cause any problem? whats the exact procedure plz help .. if J1 is a problem i have another option of B2 ... need ur advise
