i am from india, came july 2008. I have ds valid till june 2010. My pi fund is finished, but as per ds fund must be there. What can i do legally? Second thing, i have applied for j1 waiver nov 2009. My ds is valid till june 2010. If i go back to india in dec 09, and after 6-7 months, if i get waiver, on what basis, i can come back to usa? Can i ask my employer or any other employer to file for h1, as i have applied for j1 waiver, and i dont have obligation for fund/scholoraship from india?
