On my passport, at the bottom of J1 visa, it reads
"Bearer is/is not Subject to Section 212c
Two year rule does/does not apply"
There is a strike through the first "is" and the first "does" in the above statement....How do they interpret the strikethroughs? Are they selections or eliminations? In other words, does it mean the two year rule apply or not?
