i am in the us on a 18 months management trainee program. i have a j1 visa the is subject to the 2 year home country residency requirement. i am planning to do a mba and have been accepted to a few schools. i have applied for a waiver on the basis of no objection so i can transfer to a F1 status. it has been a while and i am worried. i really want the waiver to be approved. the waiting is driving me crazy. help...........
