J-1 waiver and IAP-66?

jigesh, I am just applying the waiver, but because my third IAP-66 will be expired. I am considering to extend another six month for J-1. The problem is, should I make the waiver again for the new six-month IAP-66 before I apply a H-1B VISA? Someone tell me if I get the extension of six month I should waiver again, is it true?
 
If the program and program code are the same, you will NOT need any additional waiver for the extended six months.

Get an extension before you apply for waiver because some people have reported on various forums in the past that sometimes the sponsoring office does not approve extension if waiver application was filed before.
