I have a question about Form 824 (Affidavit of Support). Assuming that I provide form I-134 to a friend or relatives and they get 10 year visa, am I responsible for their repeated visits expenses such as medical coverage etc.,? He is an example of case scenario.
Mr.X lives in USA (legal resident/citizen) and sponsors his in-laws for visiting US. They apply for visitor visa and gets 10-year multiple entry visa. In-laws enter for the first time and leaves before their I-94 expiry. If they decide to enter second time, should Mr.X is responsible for US stay and medical expenses?
Hope someone on this answers my question.
Thanks
