Interview in NYC...Is this going to be a problem??

We are going for interview in NYC local office this comming monday.My question is:"Will they stamp a passport with 10 months validaty?" Our passports will expire in 10 months,but our consulate wont renew them before 6 months to expiration date.Anyone had this experience before?Please post your comments.THanks!

I don't think it's a problem, my passport have 10 month validity too, my lawyer didn't say anything about it. I even knew people with expired passport can have stamp, they stamped on a new I-94 card.
Don't worry, you will be stamped on the coming Monday! wait your good news!
