I am going to India next month for revalidation. Just now, I noticed that place of work in my petition documents is incorrect. It is mentioned as Sunnyvale, but it should be Dallas.
Background is I got visa transferred to this new company last year. This company is based in Sunnyvale and petition was approved by california processing center.
The client is based in Sunnyvale and Dallas. I was supposed to work in Sunnyvale office of my client, but actually always worked in Dallas office.
Please advise,
1) if it is fine to go to India for revalidation or should my company file for amendment first and then only I should go to India.
2)I am not sure, if there is a premium processing to get amendment within 1 month.
Please help.
