I got my I140 approved in Dec 2003 from VSC. My I 485 has been pending since Jan 2003. Recently I heard the news that my company might be bought by a bigger company. Will this affect my I485 processing? The name of my current company might change after acquisition. What documents should I send to USCIS to ensure continuity of I485 processing.
I also have a pending H1B extension with USCIS. Will this be affected?
