Hi Mr. Rajiv,
Hope you are doing well! I follow you and Yudi on youtube and have a immigration related question. I am currently in Canada and my company has the ability to apply for a L1B and L2 visa for me and my wife next year. Previously, I was in the USA under STEM OPT. I have a couple of questions:
1. Can we directly transition from L1B to Green Card or do we have to apply for H1B? I am an Indian Citizen born in India. So, the waiting for GC is very long. Hence, my L1 visa will expire before acquiring GC.
2. I understand that my wife (as L2 visa holder) will get immediate work authorization without the need for EAD. If I am on parolee status while on the green card queue, will her work authorization be extended as a parolee too?
