I'm an Australian/Europass Citizen, Can I also become Canadian?

I'm an Australian Citizen by Birth.

My Grandparents are English Born, thus entitling me to a Europass.

My question is, Does a Europass or rather English Citizen also count for Canada as it's part of the European Dominion?
 
Canadian citizenship is only given to those (not Canadian born) who are Canadian permanent residents and have lived in Canada for a specified number of years. Just because you are British or Australian doesn't give you a right to get Canadian citizenship. Canada is NOT a part of Europe.
