ICE mistakes and Cases against ICE and how to proceed

ICE has wrongfully " seduce" TVU for many fraudulent evident. and TVU's class room is within every law, Pls help the traight this up, and correct the huge mistake by the ICE, and Fed, on TVU's "911".
Pls post all usefully link on how to sue ICE and correct their mistakes:

Pls post all useful information here, also any lawyer is willing to take up the case, there are strong evidence to correct this huge " 911" mistake!
 
Ms. Su has her own lawyer. She is responsible for harm to lots of people.
She hasn't even apologized for it.
In fact, she should get sued by the former TVU students.
 
I feel uu12345 is Susan Su herself trying to sympathize with her cause hahahahaha, such lousy english can be only from her. I got a headache reading her command of the lexicon on TVU's website.
Example "ICE has wrongfully " seduce" TVU for many fraudulent evident: (sic) wow it awes me to think Susan Su had a so called PhD from UC berkley (correct me if I am wrong). I wonder UC berkley does not have Eng 101 in its course load. :)

Yes, uuu12345 is also known as hhh12345 and RisingSun (the latter posting on trackitt).
The posts are by Susan Su and/or her immediate family, e.g., her sister Sophie Su, who was also very involved in running TVU. All these posts have the same kind of butchered English, which can also be found in Susan Su's responses to the BPPE decision and the SEVIS withdrawal decision.
Interestingly, Susan Su's PhD thesis from UC Berkeley is written in pretty good English, which makes me think that she may have had a ghostwriter (I can't prove that, of course, so it is just a suspicion from my side.)
 
She may have hired a writer or done some sh** to get the thesis written , but thing that baffles me is how did she defend her thesis . With her limited , error -prone english , how was she able to defend her thesis , and that too in an established univ like UC Berkeley.

Some things are simply understood... Its not possible for a TVU or tom, dick and harry colleges/university students to fool 5000+ students (with MBAs/Masters/PhD degree) for admission to fake university and run TVU with nothing real, all fake records. Are you still not able to believe if she is from UC Berkeley?..
 
What "5000+ students"? Care to tell us where you got that number from?
There seems to be quite some number inflation here.
Ms. Su claimed TVU had 3000 students. The ICE complaint says 1555 students as of Sept. 2010, and some 900 pending applications.

Well, SEVP would be the only agency to know the numbers, since they know how many I-20s were issued. And they have put the number at 1555 in Sept. 2010, and about 900 pending. That makes around 2.5K, half the number that particular lawyer claims.
People may have their own agendas to inflate the numbers.

I dont want to believe in SEVP any longer. Not that i believe the attorney, actually no one really knows the exact number. They are just estimating i guess
