I765 help filling the form

Hi

I tried to look for an answer to this question but couldn't find it. Sorry if it is a repeat question

I will be applying for my GC based on my USC wife. I am on H1B currently. I am filling up I765 and the first question they ask is:

What am I applying for : a new, a replacement or a renewal EAD. I know it is not replacement. So is it a new or a renewal EAD since I had an EAD during my OPT period as a F1 student but it has obivously expired about 3 years back.

I checked the first option "Permission to accept employment" and now have my EAD card. btw I am in the same situation as you...H1B married to US citizen
 
Hey Guys, I Am In Same Boat And Same Situation...want To Know Then What Did You Guys Put In Question 11 ?

Have You Ever Before Applied For Employment Authorization ?
Yes Or No ?
