My I140 is transferred to chicago for peocessing, eventhough once it was already approved by NSC. only after i140 approval, i filed and got RD for i485,ead & ap. Also got FP done. Can anyone help me to clear my confusion.......of what it all means.

On my I140 transfer notice- AVM say's - your case is under the jurisdiction of INS Chicago and we will mail a written decision as soon as the processing is complete ?
