was happy that my I140 got approved after 9 months. Applied while I was a student but now on a H1B. Phd in physiology with 10 publications, 2 awards and 5 recommendation letters including my mentor.
I485 on retrogression (i am from india). Essentially, my approval is useless right now. Anyway thought would update the people on the forum. Goodluck. Hoping to see some of the proposed bills to go throuhg.
