I got my I140 approved on 21st april. Here are the details:

RFE in january about company fianancial situation.
AD:04/21/2003
Still waiting for AP!!

Are you a concurrent filer?? My 140 RD is July 30th from vsc and concurrent filer.

I filed my I485 in oct last year and got my FP done in dec.

I-140 Application: 26th August 2002
I-140 Approval: around 12th May 2003 (unaware of actual date)

Details

KS140, it's EB2, opted for CP but due to error by VSC gone to AOS. I do not have much details as my company is extremely tight about giving out information.

EB-2, Substitute Labor.

ND July 17th,2002
AD May 19th, 2003.



I-485 ND Dec 08, 2002. EAD and APC approved in Jan 2003.
