Now the wait starts for 485

But, its of no use, since ,i already applied my h1b 1 yr extension.

transferred to TSC in March 29 2006
Approved on Dec 8 2006

Now waiting for 485 q

Hi Geteas80, Congrats on your I-140 approval. I am also waiting since Jan 2006 and it was transfered to TSC in March.

Can you tell if yours was using substitute-labor?

Can you confirm, you upgraded to premium processing for your SUBSITITUTE labor?
I am in the same boat but waiting for almost 11 months and my 140 is not yet approved.

Appreciate your reply.

Yes it was Sub Labor.
But that labor was used for me first time.

I suggest you to take advice from good lawyer. ( My case was filed by UN ).

I-140 Approved

My I-140 got approved on Feb 6ht. I checked the online status today.
EB2,
CA,
Labor PD: July 2002,
Labor approved date: Nov 15 2006.
I-140 (Premium Processing) Receipt Date: Jan 30, 2007
Filed for 140 and 485 under concurrent processing. Not received the 485 receipt notice yet.

Sub Labor

Hi All,

I have bachelors Degree as BCOM and 1 year Cetificate from IGNOU + 8 years Expereince
My Labor is still pending in Back log and got frustrated and asked my Employer to give Sub Labor since 2 years,Finally Agreed to give me a Approved Labor PD: August 2004,

My question is can I still use that labor or wait for my own Labor which PD: July-2004

If any body suggest me in case I go for Sub Labor what are the points i need to look in Approved Labor while filing 140.
