I140 and 485 pls advise

Im applying I140 from Nebraska now
probably my I485 will be applied from Vermont
not sure though since my HQ of the company is in IL
and Im working in eastcoast
any clue how long will this take to get
greencard or to a stage where I can be comfortable
with me greencard processing
Will I can make before June 2003 ?

I know its a wild question and depends on many factors
but based on ur expreience Anybody pls advise.

I\'ve applied my I-140 at NSC and I intend to apply in NSC for I-485. My cowoker have done the same. He is in the I-485 stage since November 01.

Our lawyers are differents. It\'s not that so clear where you should apply. I remember my coworker lawyer telling that it is risky to apply in NSC eventhough he works in IL (dont know why).
My lawyer almost sent my I-140 application to VSC. I had to remaind her that I am in IL.

I-824 processing time

Can anyone tell me how long is it taking now to get I-824 approval? Also, once it is approved how long does it take to get the file moved to the NVC & to the Chennai consulate? What is the time frame to get an interview date?
