Hello
I want to file I-130 for my wife who is overseas and I am a green card holder. On the other hand, she is preparing for NCLEX and thinks she could pass it. So, I am thinking of filing I-130 for her as well she would apply for EB-3 visa after she passes NCLEX. What I am thinking is then whichever happens faster (I-130 or EB-3), she can be here faster. So, my question is if I file I-130 petition for her and when the process is going on, will it create a problem for her to come on her own as a NCLEX passed nurse in the US?
