FBI uploaded my namecheck to USCIS - Sept, 20
RFE issued (medicals) for my wife - Sept 20
RFE received by TSC - Oct 24
LUD changes -24,25,26
I'm approved - Oct 26

gonna go and check what's happening with my wife case after this weekend!

How come they approved EB2 2002 case ? You are not from retrogressed country ?

Congratulations, slt. It is kind of vicarious joy to me to see folks from non-retrogressed countries getting approved. I hope the PD moves soon to offer hope for retrogressed folks too. Once again, hearty congrats!!!

Thank you guys for congratulations. I do appreciate it.


Now, as for the question what my employer did to expedite my namecheck. They called local FBI and followed from there, finally reaching special agent who handled my namecheck. He agreed to expedite it. That's all I know.
