I-864 vs I-864EZ

This is a CP case. I am applying for both of my parents and am not able to decide which form should I choose - I-864 or I-864EZ. Here is the snippet from NVC:

Complete I-864EZ if All three of the following are true:

• You filed a Form I-130 petition for your relative, and
• there is only one applicant on the Form I-130 petition, and
• all your qualifying income comes from a salary or pension and shows one or more W-2 Forms that you receive

Bullet #1 and #3 are certainly true in my case. I am not sure about #2. I did submit two separate I-130 with one parent on each. So, I am guessing #2 is also true. Can anyone confirm?

Other question: Do I submit two I-864? one for both the parent?

Yes, you can submit I-864EZ for both petitions. The two petitions are separate, you need a separate affidavit of support for each petition.

Of course, you can always do I-864 too. I-864EZ is just the simplified version. I-864 includes all the things.
