I was expecting my green card these days and instead I received an I-797 notice saying i have to send new photos because the ones i sent were not usable. Anyone has any experience with that?
How long do you think it will take it now to recevie the green card after i send the photos ?
And another thing, i really need to leave the US for a while for personal reasons.
Can i go out with an I-551 stamp and if my GC comes, someone mails to me so that when i come back to the US i enter with a GC.
Has anyone left the country just with the I-551 stamp ???
