i-751 receipt notice/ gc expiration N400 filing

hello all ... I applied for removal of condition in march of 08 with TSC .. I received no receipt notice nor a letter saying my GC is extended for a year. I received biometric notice and completed that in may08. GC expired may9 2008 and I have not heard anything else...last access on my accoutn shows in 08-2008 and all it states that it was transferred but not to where. im getting ready to file n-400 .... should i be worried about this? a friend told me she received receipt notice and letter that says GC extended for a year.

Schedule an Infopass to see the status of your I-751 to make sure they have completed the process.
 
Also, take your passport with you, and ask them to stamp I-551 (temporary proof of GC) . This way, you will have a proof of ur GC. In ur case it is even more important, since u did not get a letter for extension.

If they try to avoid it, tell them you may need to travel, and need this proff so that u won't have trouble getting back in US.
