I-486 Question

For family based, my mother is preparing a I-864 for me. Problem is, she has never worked (never made money), therefore never filled taxes. She is planning to have a joint sponsor.
My question is what proof or what kind of letter do I have to submit indicating She never filled taxes and made $0?
