i-485 for my stepkids

I'm a USC filling for my spouse kids (my stepkids). Ages are 14, 12 & 6. Apart from the I-130 forms for them do i need to file a I-485 forms also for them since they are not residing in the US. What is the cost for each step kids since each will be separate .geURook

Thanks for the reply to my question. Well i received a reply from USCIS & they where saying i should also file out the I-485 forms for them , but as i say they are not in the US. Should i call them USCIS to brief them on the situation.
 
Does i-485 also need fill up green card lottery vinners.l m thinking for aos and l m in us with e2 visa.
