My case was transferred to the local office on Aug. 9. After more than 3 months' waiting, I hadn't got any interview notice from the local office. Then, I called the office and the receptionist gave me the officer's name who is supposed to process my case. I wrote a letter to the officer and, after 2-3 days, I got an email for scheduled interview date (one week notice) from the officer. This morning, I went for the interview, the officer is really nice and didn't ask many things at all. Then, he stamped my passport and told me that I will receive my formal GC within 6 months.
Thank you all here for sharing the info.

My case:

NIW/NSC
I-140 / I-485 RD 2/25/05
I-140 AD 6/22/05
GC AD 11/28/05

Congrats!!!

Are you from a non-retrogressed country or you have an earlier 140 approved with priority date prior to cutoff date?
