All,
Any guru out there who can possibly give me some advise.
My I-485 receipt notice says it was filed 04 February 2002 and my lawyer in Edison NJ stated it would take 12 months to get Green Card, but no news yet.
What is the backlog and when should I more or less expect it to come through?
Also, do I need to do interview for green card?
