Is it Normal at NSC that I-140 takes around 5-6 months for substitute labor case. My case was filed Dec,2002 (RD 12/06/02)
and still no feed back from NSC regarding I-140 or EAD. I filed I-140/EAD/I-485/Travel Doc all together.

Can anybody tell something about this kind of case

My case is similar to you. I think it is normal to take long.

Congratulations man. Lucky guy.

In my case I-140 has to be revoked for the previous beneficiary and then my I-140 is to be approved using his labor.

ND:12/06/2003 for my case

Was your case like this or just your I-140 had to approve using someone's labor(No I-140 revoking)

Thanks

My I-140 approved using someone's labor(No I-140 revoking)..
All the best....

No

Its same company who filed labor and I-140 for Person A but never filed I-485 for A
And now they filed I-140 for Person B(My self) using(Labor for Person A) and they need to revoke I-140 for person A
