I-140 RFE after EAD approval?

I am waiting for I-140 approval which is filed in Sep/02.
Just wondering anybody received RFE's on I-140 after EAD approvals. One of my friend got rfe ,immediatelty after EAD approval, for low receiving pay than that stated in LC. His I-140 finally got approved.
 
Yes, it is possible to get RFE even after EAD is approved. Before issuing EAD, all the applications including I-140 will under go a mandotary review, but not complete. Later they work on details of I-140 and at that point one can could get a RFE or approval.

Any idea when our(RD-Sept'02) 140 will clear. What was your friends RD.

My friend's RD: 3/02 approved in 12/02.
Most of the current I-140 approvals of RD's are between Apr to Jul. I would guess It may take two months to reach random sep approvals, i,e if we are Lucky.

EAD Approval and 140 RFE on march 7th

Even i am in the same boat. I am not yet sure what evidence or addtinoal information INS wants. I need to wait for couple of days before i can know. I am curious what kind of information they may want. i personally think i am paid good.
