I-140 for future employment

I am workin for Company A and company B willing to sponsor me with substituted approved LC for future employment. I am planning to join this company B after getting greencard. The LC was approved with high salary of $150K for a senior position. The job description and qualifications matches with mine. Company B has been profitable with 10K every year and no losses were filed in company 6 years history. Company B has 6 employees on payroll. What is the chance of getting RFE and denial of I140 especially salary amount approved is $150,000 ?
Can any one share their experiences ?
 
140 Future Employment

Does this 140 Mean it is different from the Normal 140 filed from the current employer
 
I don't know if it is typo but the business of company B is questionable if it has only 6 employees, promises to pay you $150K (they have not employed you yet) and has only $10K profit per year. RFE for I-140 is almost guaranteed in that case.
However if it is a genuine case, company B should be able to provide all the evidence asked for in the RFE.
