I-140 & experience letters

Please help me, I need to know if I have to submit all of my experience letters that I mentioned in resume when submitting the labor. For example, so far I have worked with 5 companies(3 in US and 2 in India) but I don't have experience letter with 1 company that i worked in US. I do have paystubs, and other docs such as performance letters issued by my manager and some HR docs. The company is closed and my co-workers are not in touch with me. Please help me how to overcome this situation.

You can get an Affidavit from your co-workers narrating the duties and responsibilities you had while working for that company.
