Hi ,
I am newly joined to this site.

Did any one scanned Dec'2003 applied I-140 cases.

mine was applied on Dec15th,

i saw on Feb25 one person I-140 was approved who was filed

his case on 1OTh November.

his case was similar to me like EB3-RIR-CP

scan for dec

I did scan for Dec 24th..04-058 nothing is approved or sent RFE yet. I am EB3-RIR-AOS, notice date dec 24th.
 
Mine is filed (EB3..concurrent) on Dec 16th. I got RFE on Jan 3rd week....We r going to send documents in couple weeks...... have to see the result !!!!

Query on company ability to pay...like company tax papers and my w2 for 2003.....

how can i know whether i got RFE or not.
i am looking the status but it was showing same thing like it takes 150 to 180 days.
do i need to talk to my lawyer or just wait .

The website shows if there is an RFE

No need to worry, till you see in the online website, that your case got an RFE. It will be updated in case of any query.
