I-140 CALIFORNIA EB2 Tracker only

I140 approved

I called the AVM today and just learned that my I140 has been approved.

RD: 11/4/02.
AD: 3/31/03

no RFE issued.

the only problem is that I got laid off in March. The company that sponsored me have financial problems and can not keep me on the payroll. What can I do now?? I have optioned for Consular processing in the beginning and didn't expect the company will take a down turn so fast. My lawyer says is possible to continue the GC process if the company will hire me back but i highly doubt it. Any advise appreciated. Thanks.

Does this mean that now I can change job under new law ? or I have to still wait for 180 days from I485 filing?
 
Please decipher my I-140 status

My I-140 status is as below: (on website as well as AVM)

On April 9, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

My attorney moved her office in first week on January, and I know a query was issued on March 17th on my case. Since, she didn't receive the RFE at her new address, she talked to INS and they faxed RFE to her office on April 9th. My I-140 details are as follows:

EB2-Substituted Labor

RD: 11/27/2002
ND: 12/03/2002
RFE: 3/17/2003 (On missing paperwork for substituted labor)

RFE Faxed to attorney: 4/9/2003
RFE - Response sent to INS: 4/22/2003
 
My friend's I-140 got approved.

RD: 05/09/03
EB2
AD: 05/15/03

It took only six day. I can't believe it. On the other hand... my EB3 is pending for about 6 months.
 
My RD is 04/02/03, still waiting :(
A work collegue with RD 03/10/03 was approved 05/21/03

Both EB2/RIR

I learned from one of my friends that the processng time for EB2 was mid-February as of 5/15. Is this true? I did see one case with RD of 5/2 got approved on 5/20.
 
Any new EB-2 approvals?

Please post if yours or anybody who you know have received approvals for EB2 after RD of 5/2.
