I just got a mail that my I-140 EB1 OR has been approved at CSC. Here are my details.

I-140 RD August 9, 2004
I-140 AD March 23, 2004 (No RFE)

I have Ph.D from American University
3 years experience (work for a big corporation with more than $2 billion revenues)
Have 5 publication (published) and 4 manuscripts
12 presentastions at different conferences.
3 memberships in scientific organizations
6 reference letters (all letters are from someone I worked previously)
1 scholarship
