Facts:
1. My company used preapproved EB3 category labor certificate (2000 priority date)
2. Company applied my i140+i485+EAD+AP cocurently.
3. INS received all applications on June 16, 2005
4. Received i797C biometric appt on July 25, 2005 (appt date:Aug 25, 2005)
5. I'm on H1 and my wife is on H4 (5th yr)
6. H1 extention is in process...and of course not stampped on our passports.
My Questions:
1. Using the A#/LIN, is there ANY website to track my i140+i485+EAD+AP?
2. My wife wants to go to India in Sept/Oct 2005 and as I mentioned above our H1 ext is in process. Lawyer says she can use adv parole if i140 is approved before her journey. Any guesstimates for approvals of i-140 and AP for Jun 16, 2005 applications?
3. Lawyer asked my wife not to use EAD until i140 is approved. Why? I'm on H1 and would maintain my H status until then...so whats the problem?
4. Usually Biometric appointment is done after i140 is approved. Does that mean my i140 is approved?
