Work permit: May 25' 2004
AP: June 30' 2004
FP:OCT11' 2004

140 REF: JAN15' 2005
Reply to 140REF: JAN26th' 2005

140 Approved: Feb 4th' 2005
485 Approved: Feb 16th' 2005.

What is your I-140 RFE regarding? How did you reply to? Is your case EB2 or EB3?
 
Hi,

My 140-REF was to show the evidence of proffered wage from my employer becuase my employer was paying me 10k less than proffered wage. My company is a small company with less than 10 employess. Moreover, they also wanted to have W2 of all employess with company's tax return for last 3 yrs.

I had to provide everything that they asked for and also got a letter from employer to re-instate that he would pay me proffered wage after having GC. I also included future-forcast income for 2005 and 2006.

My case was EB3.

Same Rfe

I got the exact rfe as yours, how did you show forcast for 2005 and 2006, my company has 3 employees.. small indian company.

I am using Subs. Labor, My Receipt Notice for I-140 has blank in front of PRiorty Date, Is this the case will all, or I need to ask my lawyer about it.
