I-131 Help Please

I am asking to see if any body got his/her I-131 approved recently, because I was reading the instruction, and they asked for tons of things to attach with the I-131 form.

I am not sure what should I submit with my I-131 in addition to my 2 photos.


Please help me with that.

Apply for Advance Parole Travel document for my self, (my name) while my I-485(Adjustment of Status) is pending


Dear Sir/Madam:


I am filing the above captioned matter together with the following:

• Check in the amount of $305 for the filing fee;
• Form I-131 with two photographs;
• Part 7 supplemental information;
• Copy of I-485 filing receipt notice;
• Copy of front and back of I-94 arrival/departure
• Color Copy of driver’s license;
• Color copy of passport’s biographic page;

All you need is a copy of your passport, a copy of your I-485 receipt and the 2 pictures.

Plus the fee

No letter explaining nothing is needed. They know that already from your I-485 receipt, you are entitled to travel in advance parole when you are doing AOS.
