I-130 question

I will be filing petition for my relative using I-130, but it also says to submit
signed G-325A form (for applicant and the relative). see below for exact statement in I-130 instructions

A completed and signed Form G-325A, Biographic Information, for you and a Form G-325A for your husband or wife. Except for your name and signature you do not have to repeat on Form G-325A the information given on your Form I-130 petition.

My question is, whether my relative has to sign G-325A (who is abroad) or I can sign both the G-325A forms?

At the bottom of G-325A, it says "Signature of Applicant"

Any help is appreciated.

I think most of the I-130 questions belong to the family immigration forum. Some people in this forum have answers for you, but you're going to get much more traction in the family immigration forum. This forum deals with naturalization (N-400) questions, and some passport issues that usually happen right after naturalization and pretty much everyone goes through.

My 2 cents.
