I-130 processing time

I have applied I-130 for my wife and got the notice on Feb 15, 2012 from California service center. Website is showing the status as 'Initial Review' and when I called the customer service#, I get same recorded message. It is more than 3 months now. What's the waiting time? Is there a way I can send them email?

I think it is 5 months of processing time. I just sent out I130 application yesterday for my parents to the same center. Please keep the forum updated when you receive new update.
