This may be a all time favorite question. I live in MA and am planning to file I-130/I-485 for my parents, and I dont foresee any complications with my case. They are here on a 6 month visa currently and I filing in the US. I would like to know what to expect for processing time, as I am getting a lot of varied information. I have checked the USCIS website as well but not sure if thats reliable. I also checked the "trackkit" website. Any guidance on how to get the most reliable information on this?
