I 129(TN) processing time

hi there - they just updated the processing time on USCIS website. I filed for my TN extension by mail at the Vermont processing center. I did this last year and was approved. I received my notice that they received my application May 5th. Yesterday the USCIS processing times stated 2 months ( so i was feeling fine - even though my case number could not be found online) Today it says December 30, 2008

I know I can stay 200 plus days while waiting - but should I be concerned?

Processing times are not updated daily, so what you saw (you'll notice that the sytsem is corrupted right now) was probably in error.

In any event, the process timetables merely show the last case tha twas worked on before the survey was taken. It is quite possible that the last case that was worked on before the offices were polled was from Dec 2008. However, obviously many from after that date havebeen processed.

I would not worry.
 
I just checked the website again and it said my approval notice was mailed this week! So I have my 3 year TN :) thanks for your help
