How to unlock account in USCIS

My account in USCIS website has been locked for the reasons I have tried with invalid passwd several times. To get a passwd, it is asking me to enter answer for secret question which I forgot.

Can anyone tell me which number or email I should contact to get my account unlocked.

Create a new account and add your case numbers there..

It does not allow me to create a new account with same email id.

WIll not be a problem if I create a new account with new email id ?

Ofcourse, you can create new account at any time. If there is multiple accounts, they may delete previous accounts. Don't worry.....those are trivial matters

Check your email account linked to USCIS account. Initially when you opened USCIS account, they might have sent you user id, password, secret question & answer
