how to request Chennai consulate to send Packet 4 to Indian address

Hi All,
I have heard that we can request Chennai consulate to send the Packet 4 and other paper work to an Indian address. How do we request that ?
I have already sent my Packet 3 to St. Louis.
What type of information does Chennai consulate need to verify that the email that we are sending is correct ?

Send an email to chennai consulate...........

Send an email to Chennai consulate......... the email id is chennaiiv@state.gov
( you can look for more details at the chennai consulate website at
madras.sphynx.com

Once you are sure that your case has been forwarded to Chennai consulate by NVC, send an email to chennai with your case number and your Indian address.
You will also get an email from them confirming your request.
