How many Labors...?

One labor certification is done at the the time of first H1 for physicians undertaking residency .After complition of residency when u go out for jobs on the remainder three years of H1 ,Is another Labor required ? When this all should begin how much time before the expiry of first H1, Is there any other Labor involved for GC also..? :confused: :confused:
 
For the H1, it is a 'labor condition application'. This is an automated process and can be done as often as you wish for as many jobs as you with (for free, on the DOL computer system).

A 'labor certification' is for the GC. This is far more complicated. You can have several LCs, but only one per job.
