How many days it is taking to get the card physically mailed, after approval message.

Current Status on 6/27/07 : Approval notice sent.

Yesterday, we (myself, my wife and my son) received the magic email saying "Card production ordered" and today (06/27) received another email with the same exact information. We also see the LUD online with todays date.

Is this common? Should we expect any status changes in the coming days? Finally, is the following statement true?
Until you get your "Welcome Notice Sent" email/status, you are not theoretically "Approved"

My friend got approved on Jun 22 and got card today Jun 28. Hope this info help you guys... Now you luck guyz pray for sbabunle. He need luck in rail road trucks...

Received Physical Card & Notice of Action

Got both the card and approval notice on the same day today. :) :)

Receipt of Physical Card: June 28, 2007
Receipt of Notice of Action Letter: June 28, 2007

On the plastic card it shows 'Resident Since' as June 4th, 2007

Card expires June 6/21/17

I got my card today same as most of guys here 10 year validity and seems like most of cards are approved on 6/4, I don't understand and don't care

I also got a FP notice just for myself again,

1. Card Ordered 06/18/2007
2. Approval 06/21/2007
3. Cards Received: 06/25/2007
However all the status are updated at the same time for my wife case. Still we haven't received the approval email and the GC card.
Please advice.

a) card production ordered 06/22 11.11 AM
b) Approval notice mailed 06/22 11.30 AM
I havent received approval notice or card.is anyone is same boat ?Please share the updates.
