How long will EB3 process usually take if I switch today ? Will it take longer than a year?
- I have labor certification dated 2003
- I'm on 7th year. ( on H1B for 6 years and 2 months now)
- My job description is computer programmer.
- Company hasn't started advertising.
My attorney says if I switch to PERM EB3 now, it will take 4 years to complete. Does it sound right?
Any info will be appreciated.
